Conference Centre
The Baltic Exchange’s first floor Conference Centre offers versatile meeting space, designed for a wide range of functions. Consisting of three rooms with sound-proofed folding doors, the area can be opened out or closed off to meet your needs.
Meeting Rooms
The centre piece of the Baltic Exchange is its imposing Board Room.
Panelled with now unobtainable Cuban mahogany throughout, the room also contains a mahogany board table which seats 28, wrought iron and crystal chandeliers as well as a carved marble fireplace.
Arbitrations
The Baltic has provided a centre for arbitrations throughout it's history, in 1960 the LMAA held their inaugural meeting at the Exchange and today the Exchange is home to the LMAA offices as well as the Baltic Expert Witness Committee. We offer a purpose built arbitration suite in the centre of legal London, a sumptuous range of catering options and state of the art a/v and video conferencing facilities, all within the historic home of shipping.
Dining room and bar
The recently refurbished Baltic members bar is available for private evening hire.

Catering at the Baltic Exchange is provided by our in-house branch of leading London restaurant and wine group Balls Brothers.
