The Baltic Exchange hosts numerous meetings, conferences and receptions throughout the year. Our professional staff can handle all your requirements including catering, audio-visual equipment rental and support to ensure the smooth running of your event.


Meetings Facilities

Our fully equipped and modern meeting facilities are named after former London docks. These rooms can individually host meetings for up to 22 guests. Alternatively, spaces can be combined to create an area suitable for up to 70 delegates.

Board Room

The Baltic Board Room is a hidden City of London treasure.

This majestic and mahogany-panelled meeting and dining space provides an intimate atmosphere for up to 30 guests. 

The room features stained glass windows, a portrait of a young Queen Elizabeth II and a large hand-carved table. 

Used for banqueting, formal meetings and presentations, the board room is virtually unchanged since the 1920s.

Churchill Room

Featuring portraits of Sir Winston Churchill, as well as the foundation stone he once laid at the Baltic’s former headquarters, the Churchill Room holds a commanding view over the Gherkin Piazza through two large windows which allow plenty of natural light into the room.

Groups of up to 14 can be seated around its oak table.

King George V Room

The King George V room is used for workshops of up to 20 and as a luncheon suite. Features include large windows, flexible meeting space and a cloak room.

Royal Albert Room

The Royal Albert room is modern in style and provides well designed, flexible meeting space. 

Boasting huge windows, two adjoining break-out rooms and top of the range a/v capability, this is the ultimate high-tech conference facility for up to 16 delegates.

Royal Victoria Room

The Royal Victoria is the busiest meeting room at the Exchange, boasting a cloakroom and reception lobby and accommodating up to 22 people.
