Following the cessation of TD1 and TD1 TCE the Baltic is inviting members to submit feedback with regard to proposed changes to the composition of the Baltic Dirty TCE baskets.

Details of how to respond to the three questions are set out in the consultation paper, which is available to members Here.  The Baltic requests all comments by 18 December 2023.

At the end of the consultation period, the Baltic will collate all feedback received and submit a summary of responses to the Baltic Index Council (BIC) for its consideration. The BIC is then responsible for determining whether changes to the TCE Baskets are warranted and necessary.
