Following market feedback, in order to align route with how it is traded in the market. The Baltic Index Council (BIC) has approved amending the load & discharge ports. 

Current description: TD25 70,000mt US Gulf/Mediterranean (Corpus Christi to Trieste),10-20 days from Index date. Age max 15 yrs. 2.5% total commission.

The revised description will be: 

TD25

70,000mt crude Corpus Christi-Beaumont / A-R-A (Houston to Rotterdam),10-20 days from Index date. 2.5% total comm.

There is no open interest on the Baltic contract, this scheduled change will be implemented from Monday 24 February 2020. The TCE calculation will be amended basis the assessed rate and flat rates applicable for Houston to Rotterdam.
