There will be a private committal at Mortlake Crematorium on Thursday 24 November 2016 at 1000.  Family flowers only.

At 1100, a Service of Celebration of the Life of Simon Everton will be held at St Michael’s Church, 60 Elmwood Road, Chiswick, London W4 3DZ.  All are welcome.

Afterwards, at 1230 there will be refreshments at The Richmond Football Club, Richmond Athletic Ground, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF.
