As we approach the New Year, here is a reminder up upcoming changes thatwill apply from 2 January 2019.
 
1. All Panellists will be assessing all the Tanker routes basis the applicable2019 WS flat rates, regardless of how the spot market is fixing.

2. The Baltic will publish the relevant TCEs basis the 2019 WS flat rates plusany additional charges/premiums if applicable.

3. From 2 January 2019 the TCE’s for TD3C & TD15 will include the steamingtime and costs for entering, discharging and leaving the Yangtze River DeltaEmissions Control Area basis burning LSGO. The TD3C forward curve will also becalculated basis dual fuel and forward IFO & LSGO bunker prices.
