Change: BLPG Headline index calculation
 

The Baltic Exchange is changing the headline index for LPG. The BLPG Index is currently the average of BLPG1-TCE and BLPG3-TCE and from Monday 4th July it will include BLPG2-TCE. On that day and thereafter it will be the average of BLPG1-TCE, BLPG2-TCE, and BLPG3-TCE. As per circular Ref: CA/Gas/202202/4/N on 28th February 2022 the BLPG2 route (USG to Continent) commenced live reporting on 14th March 2022.

The Baltic Index Council has approved the change.
