This statement is to inform market participants that due to US holidays TD22 was published on Monday 5 September 2022 with only four Panellists contributing assessments.  Under the GMB, section 4.4.2 the Baltic sets a minimum of five Panellists to publish a physical index. 

There was good correlation amongst the remaining Panellists which has allowed Baltic to exercise its discretion to continue to calculate the index on this basis. It was therefore decided to publish as usual.

TD22 was published at US$8,537,500, a decrease of US$12,500  or 0.1 pct.
