Further to the previous announcement, the Baltic Exchange will publish a TD9 Timecharter Equivalent (TCE) basis the new loadport of Covenas (and the corresponding port costs) commencing 18 February 2019.
 
This revised TCE will only be added into the Aframax TCE basket from 25 February 2019.
