TC17 has been on Public Trial since 7 January 2019 basis load port Ras Laffan and a laycan of 15-25 days from Index date. As a result of feedback received, the load port will change to Jubail and the laycan to 10-20 days forward. These changes will be implemented from 18 March 2019 and will be reported on a Private Trial basis. The TCE will also reflect the new load port and applicable port d/a’s.

The revised route description will be:

35,000mt Middle East Gulf/East Africa (Jubail to Dar es Salaam). Laydays/cancelling 10/20 days from index date. Age max 15 yrs. 3.75% total commission.
