The seminar brought together over 70 maritime professionals for a lively discussion on the challenges of ship sale and purchase (S&P) transactions. Topics ranged from price volatility and delivery risk to sanctions, ESG, and legal issues, with speakers sharing valuable case studies and practical insights.
Moderated by Muthu Jagannath of NAU Pte Ltd, the panel featured Capt. Subhangshu Dutt (OM Maritime), Zhongyi (John) Su (Erasmus Shipinvest Group), Michael Newman (Fearnleys), and Michelle Yong (Stephenson Harwood). Attendees also heard brief introductions to SCMA arbitration and Baltic Exchange escrow services.
We’re grateful to all our partners, speakers, and attendees for making the seminar such a worthwhile and informative afternoon. Baltic Exchange is proud to support the growth and development of the Singapore maritime sector.
