The Baltic Exchange and the Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (USA) (ASBA) successfully hosted a well-attended drinks reception on 10 March at Bosco’s Grill (formerly the OG Social Club) in Greenwich, Connecticut, as part of this year’s CMA Shipping Week. 

 

The event welcomed over 150 attendees, including 50 ASBA members, and provided a great opportunity for industry professionals from the United States to connect and network in a relaxed setting. With drinks and refreshments on offer, the reception served as a valuable networking platform for both making new connections and strengthening established ones. 

 

It also marked the first event for Brian Vieira and Anna McCann, who have recently joined the Baltic in the United States, as part of the expanded sales team. 

 

The strong turnout and positive engagement of the evening highlighted the importance of in-person networking events to strengthen ties across the US shipping network.
