Howard John Saffer

Members will learn with deep regret of the passing of Howard John Saffer on 24th April 2026.

Mr Saffer was first elected to the Baltic on 04/06/1974. During his membership, he represented Ferromar Ltd (1979-1988), Galbraith's Ltd (1988-1991), VSL Shipbroking Ltd (1991 – 1993), Lambert Brothers Shipbroking Ltd (1993 – 1996), Silver Line Ltd (1996-1998), Howard Houlder (2007 – 2008) and Ernst Russ Gmbh & Co KG (2008 – 2009). In 2016, Mr Saffer retired.
