Professionals from across the international shipping community were present at the Baltic this week for the latest edition of the Freight Derivatives and Shipping Risk Management Baltic training course with a second group currently taking part in Advanced Freight Modelling and Trading. 

The Baltic Exchange runs the above courses in addition to Shipping Economics and Investment and Ship Finance Executive, in London, Singapore and New York. The series aims to support shipping, finance and commodity executives build on their knowledge of maritime markets. Each course is led by academics from the world-renowned Centre for Shipping, Trade & Finance at Cass Business School.
