Members will learn with deep regret of the death of former member John Strong on 16 May 2018.

Mr Strong was first elected a Member of the Baltic Exchange in 1963. During his membership he represented Louis Dreyfus, Galbraith’s and Howe Robinson. In 2000 he became a Retired Member. 

There will be a Requiem Mass at St Augustine’s Chapel, Simplemarsh Road, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 1QR on Monday 4 June 2018 at 1100 with refreshments to follow in the Garden Room.

A private cremation will be held later that afternoon.
