Baltic app users asked to verify email addresses

The Baltic Exchange has launched a campaign to ensure the security of members using the Baltic App by requesting email verification. Members will receive official emails asking them to validate their email addresses, an essential step to maintain uninterrupted access.
The campaign involves a series of three emails sent in the lead-up to the anniversary of the member’s original account creation. These are dispatched 14 days, 7 days, and on the exact anniversary date. If the email is not verified by the final reminder, access to the account will be temporarily suspended until the validation is completed.
The Baltic confirms that the emails are genuine, no personal details are requested, and each message includes the member’s name, a date when the account may be disabled, and a unique validation link.
The goal is to repeat the verification process annually to help protect member data and enhance overall system security.
Members are advised to look out for this email and take prompt action. For any questions, contact support@balticexchange.com.
