The Baltic Motorsport Society made its debut on 17 September with a go-karting event that brought together 24 Baltic members. The event was well attended and received plenty of positive feedback, with participants from C.M. Lemos & Co, Clarksons, Enesel, Fearnleys, IfchorGalbraiths, Nexus Shipping, PVM/TPICAP, Range Shipping and Unipec, alongside Mitsui.

There was no shortage of competitive spirit on the track, with marshals keeping an eye on some spirited driving and the occasional push and shove. The fastest eight progressed to the final, where Will Loosley of Range Shipping took the chequered flag after slipping past Alex Drabble of PVM/TPICAP late in the race. Alberto Molaschi of IfchorGalbraiths completed the podium in third.

The event marked the first gathering of the newly launched Baltic Motorsport Society and looks set to be the start of more events bringing Baltic members together.
